Gogte Infrastructure

The Gogte Park, symbolises the 3 W’s philosophy of Work, Wisdom and Wealth, and it physically represents the metamorphosis of the modern Industrial landscape of urban India into the post industrial knowledge based landscape of today.

An erstwhile textile mill ( the ubiquitous symbol of industrialisation of the late 70’s and 80’s) is transfused with new life and is transformed into a hi-tech park. The high ceilinged, large span space gives an unparalleled office environment. The 150’ X 542’ column less structure offers immense flexibility for spatial planning. This long span structure with a single floor plate of 80,000 + square feet ( and a
potential to add numerous mezzanine floors across the length) is combined with a possibility to add another 500,000 s.ft of office space as the situation demands. The park is 15 acres in area, with a possibility of having a built up area of around a million square feet.

The Gogte Technology park at Belgaum is located on the strategic road link – NH4, linking Bangalore and Mumbai,  linking the old economy with the new. The park is equi-distant from these two drivers of the Indian economy, and also capitalises on the hitherto untapped skilled human resource pool of North Karnataka and South Maharashtra.
The park lies in a region inundated with educational institutions, producing some of the best technical graduates.
The city has traditionally been a center for learning, and spear heads the region in terms of technological institutions.

The Gogte park is conveniently located in an area that is a part of the greater city development. It is situated on the main Nh4 highway, and is approximately 12 kms from the Airport, 8 Km. From the Railway station and 6.5 Km from the Bus terminus.
Hotels and educational institutions are located within a 5 km radius of the park. Some of the premier residential layouts are being planned in this area of the city.
