Gogte Park is built as an echo friendly structure with rain water harvesting, daylight roofing, a beautiful garden at the front, spacious for enough air and light to facilitate the dwelling. The existing block of 80000 S.ft is divided into three blocks as shown to suit a bouquest of requirements. Each of the blocks can be individually let, or the whole space also could be let to a single tenant. The 3 blocks that you will be reading below are totally pillar less structures thus the complete carpet area is available for your innovation and ideas of how you would want to utilize this space to set up your business(company). The first block of the park has a total carpet area of 80,000 Sq.Ft which is divided into 3 blocks
BLOCK A: This is the first block of 60′X150′ which amounts to 9000 Sq.Ft This is a pillar less structure (All the 3 blocks are pillar less). This particular block has sunlight roofing which allows ample of natural light thus lighting up the whole carpet area.
BLOCK B: This is the second block of 173′X150′ which amounts to 25950 Sq.Ft This block has wide windows that can be used for natural light and wind or we could come up with some very beautiful glass glazing that will let the people inside have a refreshing view of the open land behind this block that will be converted to a beautiful garden.
BLOCK C: This is the third and the largest block with the following dimensions 273′X150′ which amounts to 40950 Sq.Ft Like the second block this block also has wide windows opening at the back and the right of the structure thus give an option to have a beautiful glass glazing and the like.
