75% of the construction is completed successfully and the rest of the work can be completed within a span of 3 to 4 months.
Preference will be given to investors who are interested in taking the full infrastructure facility, as we offer the same for joint venture / revenue sharing arrangements to be worked out on approval of site and facility.

The Gogte park is conveniently located in an area that is a part of the greater city development. It is situated on the main Nh4 highway, and is approximately 12 kms from the Airport, 8 Km. From the Railway station and 6.5 Km from the Bus terminus.
